Tom’s combined skills in software development and Project Management along with his MBA, give him a unique ability to act as an intermediary between the technical resources and business needs of an organisation.

With more than 24 years in the technology industry and the belief that an attitude of continual learning is the key to success, Tom identifies, develops and deploys the bespoke solutions that allow organisations to thrive. He enables our clients to achieve digital improvements in their business operations, simplify how their organisation performs tasks and addresses problems in how they complete business processes. This helps them gain efficiencies, achieve operational effectiveness and benefit from the leading-edge technology solutions that will put their business at the forefront of their field.

Across his career, which spans Tier 1 companies in the Education, Utilities, Telecommunications, and Health industries, Tom has delivered many groundbreaking changes across both Local/State/Federal government and private organisations. During his time at Telstra, he led a cross functional team through the initiating project for the Telstra business organisational restructure.

This involved the modification of a business-critical application to achieve senior management requirements and Tom delivered with a 60% reduction in delivery timeframes while ensuring that Service Level Agreements were met.

He worked on the implementation of a secure online process for capturing up-to-date medical data of students at a prestigious, private school in Melbourne, which removed the multiple paper-based forms that were in use. And he managed the development of a web-based solution using Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to automatically extract critical data from Commercial Lease PDF documentation at Jones Lang Lasalle and then improve the accuracy of the information using machine learning and natural language processing.

Tom loves meeting new people and working across different market segments so he can bring industry learnings from one field into another. With a natural ability to address the challenges within an organisation, he delivers solutions that help our clients to reach their full potential.
