Lynn leads engagements by first understanding the people, culture and drivers for what makes an organisation successful. She then uses this knowledge to help them create a vision of what can be and develop a practical way to achieve it.

With 35 years’ experience across a wide range of industries, Lynn has shared her skills with organisations such as Workcover Queensland, Aurion, Suncorp, Pacific Star Communications, Lend Lease and large consulting firms.

Lynn successfully established and delivered strategies that changed a service delivery model for a national Payroll and HR Consultancy, growing the business and significantly increasing customer and staff satisfaction. During her time at one of Australia’s largest financial services brands, she created a world-class portfolio and program management framework under a new methodology that fused an agile approach with customer-based design.

In her role she has completed more than 100 assurance reviews for organisations across Australia and worked with numerous government and commercial organisations to create a case for change and chart their investment in I.T.

Lynn isn’t afraid of trying new things or taking on new challenges. She brings this fearlessness, combined with her practicality, to deliver business objectives that leveraging the benefits of digital technology.
