With a  natural curiosity and a  can-do attitude,  Angela is a former C-Suite executive who brings more than  10  years of experience identifying solutions to the most complex of ICT problems.

Experienced, versatile, and capable, Angela has a track record of achievement in both public and private sectors and has been the recipient of a number of notable awards for excellence in project management and policy development.  She believes in achieving real and meaningful improvement, which has seen her successfully work with organisations and the people within them, to achieve lasting, positive change.

Angela has been responsible for the transformation of the enterprise architecture of a national health services company and has successfully managed digital initiatives associated with customer experience, electronic medical reporting, billing, and finance functions.  She has led the development,  negotiation, and implementation of a  state-wide  funding and operational  agreement  for patient transport, and the implementation of GST in a large public sector organisation.

One of her most successful projects to date, was the work she accomplished with five, regional Victorian water authorities, to undertake a highly engaging and consultative process that uncovered and recommended costed options for shared ICT benefits. This was achieved within their legislative and pricing framework, and reflected their joint requirements and priorities. The result has seen the water authorities benefit from shared services.

Collaboration is at the heart of Angela’s approach to projects. She loves to learn and explore new opportunities that challenge conventional thinking so that organisations can adapt and grow.

Angela will help your organisation cut through the clutter so you can get clear on your vision and find your path to success, achievement and growth – whatever that looks like for your business.
