Independent Advice Guarantee

Any advice you get from us is, and always will be, completely independent and based on your best interests.

We absolutely guarantee that we do not receive any commissions, referral fees or any other form of kickback from any other organisation, including software providers, hardware providers or systems integrators, and we do not sell hardware or software. We are completely free of financial incentive bias in our recommendations to you.

If at any time during our engagement you identify that we have received a financial incentive as we described from any systems integration, hardware or software organisation, associated with our work with you and this incentive has not been approved by you, we will refund you 100% of our billings associated with that work.

People Guarantee

It’s our aim for all Information Professionals Group team members to be professional, adaptable, experienced and understand our client’s business.  It is our expectation that they will live up to our values and comply with a code of conduct, ethics and expectations, helping to maintain the quality of our team.

You might see traits in our team members that aren’t evident to us. So, we encourage your feedback through our People Guarantee.

Should you feel that an Information Professionals team member isn’t meeting the required standards, we will replace them at your request without hesitation or question. An alternative team member will be appointed to your project as soon as possible, and within two weeks.

Invoicing Guarantee

We know that accurate, understandable, timely and compliant financial documentation is crucial to ensuring a successful client partnership.

Should you find that we’ve produced an invoice, timesheet or other piece of financial documentation that is inaccurate or unclear, we guarantee to rectify the problem within 24 hours. And if the same error should happen again at any time during your engagement with us, we will give a $1,000 donation to the charity of your choice.

Service Quality Guarantee

We want you to be satisfied with your interactions with us and the work we do for you.

If at any time you aren’t happy with the service we’re providing, we ask that you notify us immediately so we can take steps to rectify the problem.

As soon as you advise us of your concerns, we guarantee to have proposed a solution within an agreed escalation time. Should we miss these deadlines, we will reduce our fees commensurate with each day missed.
